Where are the folding instructions?
Start with the classic Dart guide or browse all paper airplane guides. For animated instructions, open the 3D app, pick a plane, and choose Fold it.
My plane dives, stalls, or turns. What should I change?
Check the wings for symmetry, make a few similar throws, and compare the flight pattern with our troubleshooting guide. Change one small thing at a time. In the app, Flight Doctor shows the adjustment on the model.
The 3D app does not load in my browser.
The simulator needs JavaScript and WebGL. Try a current browser with hardware acceleration enabled. The written guides work without the simulator and do not require JavaScript. If the problem continues, send your browser and device model with a description of what you see.
Is the website free?
Yes. The written guides and the website's folding catalog are free. The Hangar Pass described below applies to the iOS app.
How do I unlock the premium planes in the iOS app?
Tap any plane with a PASS badge, then Unlock with Pass. The Hangar Pass is a one-time purchase that unlocks every premium plane, including new ones added later. A grown-up check comes first so kids cannot buy by accident.
I bought the Hangar Pass on another device. How do I get it back?
Open any premium plane, tap Unlock with Pass, then Restore purchase. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID you bought it with.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and choose the Hangar Pass.
My real plane flies differently from the one in the app.
Every sheet of paper and every throw is a little different. After a test flight, open the Flight Doctor: tell it what your real plane did (dives, stalls, turns, rolls) and it shows exactly which edge to bend and by how much.
Which paper should I use?
Plain printer paper (Letter or A4) works best. You can pick your paper size and type before you start folding, and every measurement adjusts to match.
